      • Pet may not be over 25 lbs and 14" shoulder height
      • No exotic animals are allowed
      • Photo and vaccination papers must be placed in resident's file
      • Pets MUST be on a leash when outside of the apartment
      • Residents are responsible for any damages caused by their pets
      • Residents must clean up after their pets
      • No aggressive breeds (for example, Rottweiler, Pitt Bull, German Shepherd, Doberman Pincher, Bull Mastiff, Chow, Boxer, Wolf-hybrid)
